About the Recruitment
RISE Foundation is an NGO that champions adolescent rights by providing comprehensive access to health information (physical, mental, and financial) and capacity building to enable meaningful youth participation. Supported by Yayasan Humanis dan Inovasi Sosial (Humanis), RISE leads the KOPAJA (Food Coalition and Youth Network) consortium under the Urban Futures program (2023–2027), while also managing Health Heroes (healtheroes.id), a digital activism platform for youth health advocacy and nutrition education.
RISE Foundation is offering a Website Coordinator job opportunity that involves optimizing website management, formulating creative and innovative content strategies, and coordinating digital activism within the Health Heroes ecosystem to bridge youth aspirations with the strategic goals of the Urban Futures program in an integrated, adaptive, and sustainable manner, with the following responsibilities and qualifications details:
Responsibilities
- Managing, updating, and maintaining all operational aspects of the healtheroes.id website and supporting other RISE’s Foundation digital platform as required.
- Actively collaborating with the internal team, youth networks, partners, and external contributors to design and develop engaging, creative, and informative digital content.
- Developing editorial plans, content pipelines, and publication schedules aligned with organizational priorities, campaigns, and program activities.
- Managing user interaction spaces on the platform and fostering meaningful engagement with audiences.
- Monitoring, testing, and ensuring website security features and all functionalities run smoothly without technical glitches.
- Conducting regular analysis of website traffic data, user behaviour, and content performance to inform communications strategies.
- Preparing regular reports on website performance, content activities, audience engagement, and digital growth including recommendations for improvement and future strategies.
Qualifications
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in website management and maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and best practices in web content management.
- Experience coordinating content contributors, youth community, volunteers, or external stakeholders is an advantage.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Deep understanding of and sensitivity to youth-related issues, nutrition, health, and urban food security.
- Proficient in operating Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret web traffic data.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Available to be based in the Yogyakarta office, with flexibility to travel when necessary.
- Willing to support the maintenance and development of other organizational web platforms as needed.
