Kick Off the 2nd Year of KOPAJA

On the first day of the activity, the agenda began with remarks from RISE Foundation representatives and the reading and signing of the cooperation contract. The main session discussed reflections on the implementation of the Urban Futures 2024 programme, with discussions on obstacles, lessons learned, and improvements that need to be made in 2025.

One of the major changes is the adjustment of the cooperation model with CAI organisations, where in the future, KOPAJA will no longer refer to one particular organisation in involving inclusivity. This change aims to open up wider collaboration opportunities with various other inclusion organisations.

Furthermore, a mapping of the 2025 work plan was carried out which included recording activities, compiling communication content, and reports required for fund disbursement. The first day concluded with a session on financial administration, including cost standards and payment policies.

On the second day, the focus was on communications and publications, starting with a discussion of communication guidelines that included visual design, use of logos, fonts, and the structure of content to be published.

In addition, a social media content production strategy was developed, including audience research, content calendar preparation, and review and approval mechanisms before publication. The communication team was also briefed on the use of the Healtheroes.id website platform, which contains sub-menus such as Opini Remaja and Galeri Kreatif.

In this session, participants were invited to fill in the communication planning template together in order to manage publications more effectively and in accordance with the programme’s identity. As part of the closing, participants had a final evaluation and discussion regarding the use of language in public communication, content selection, and the importance of better documentation of activities in the coming year.

Guidelines in writing articles and social media captions were also emphasised to better suit the young target audience. The activity was closed by Okta Tresna from RISE Foundation, marking the end of the training session and planning for KOPAJA’s communications and publications.
