Therefore, RISE Foundation is seeking a Project Leader Adolescent Health and Nutrition to support the meaningful engagement of diverse youth communities in various ongoing projects, with the following responsibilities and qualifications details:
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of Adolescent Health and Nutrition focused projects in RISE
- Provide technical assistant to the youth communities who involved in the project implementation process
- Ensure program guideline / training curriculum is in line with the principle of meaningful youth participation and empowerment
- Strengthen partnership between youth communities or organization who works for adolescent health in Indonesia in term of building digital youth activism platform
- Collaborate with other unit/project to ensure youth empowerment and involvement strategy is in line with other units’ and the organization strategy and program design
- Ensures supportive supervision and program mentoring to program sites and providers in accordance with organizational guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate regularly with working partners regarding project implementation
- Responsible for the implementation of projects related to adolescent health and nutrition
- Coordinate with program advisors and finance managers regarding project implementation
- Write periodic reports related to project implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in public health, nutrition, or related fields with more than 5 years of working experience in relevant field
- Have at least 3 years of experience in leading projects related to adolescent health
- Experience in conducting training sessions for adolescents
- Proven experience in managing team
- Experience working in a non-profit organization
- Demonstrated experience in working with Youth Communities or organization
- Have a good knowledge of Adolescent Health and Nutrition issues
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (speaking and writing)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel when needed
- Good communication skills, interpersonal savvy, and ability to work in a team
- Understanding of basic project management principles
- Ability to multi-task and ability to determine priority scales
- Attention to detail, critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Reside in Yogyakarta
