The organization also supports and guides youth in gaining recognition of their equal rights and encourages their active participation across various sectors of change. RISE Foundation has a proven track record in implementing social change initiatives simultaneously in multiple regions, supported by measurable and accountable project management capabilities.
RISE Foundation with support from the Tanoto Foundation, implements the SIGAP Program (Siapkan Generasi Anak Berprestasi), which focuses on improving the quality of early childhood care and education (PAUD) through a holistic, integrative, and community-based approach. The program aims to support the optimal growth and development of Indonesian children so that they are ready for school and can reach their full potential.
To support the implementation of the SIGAP program, RISE Foundation is offering an opportunity for one Field Officer, who will be responsible for implementing the program in Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. The required qualifications are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Coordinator leading the implementation of project activities, with a focus on the operationalization of Rumah Anak SIGAP and Sekolah Anak SIGAP.
- Assist the Project Coordinator in compiling comprehensive periodic reports, covering project status, key developments, and administrative progress.
- Provide direct facilitation sessions to parents, kader, and PAUD teachers, as well as monitoring child development and community activities in Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province.
- Maintain communication and support coordinator, facilitators, and kader to ensure they could participate meaningfully in project implementation.
- Regularly document program implementation data.
- Conduct regular field visits and monitoring at the project site, especially at Sekolah Anak SIGAP (SAS) and Rumah Anak SIGAP (RAS).
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, case studies, and other documentation related to project outcomes and impacts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field, such as Education, Social Sciences, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in implementing programs related to early childhood education and care.
- Experience in conducting training, facilitating sessions and holding community discussions.
- Good knowledge of early childhood parenting (ages 0–3) and early childhood education.
- Good communication skills, interpersonal savvy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proven experience in cross-sector coordination and partnership-building with local, district, and provincial stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively facilitate and provide direct support to parents, kader, PAUD teachers, and community members.
- Ability to collect, process, and prepare periodic reports on child development data and community activities.
- Previous experience working with non-profit organizations.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in standard computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
