About the Recruitment
RISE Foundation is an organization focused on advocating for youth rights, particularly in providing comprehensive access to information regarding physical, mental, and financial health for youths. In addition, RISE also supports youths through capacity building and the development of potential and skills in development issues.
RISE Foundation is supported by the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) Indonesia to promote meaningful and inclusive youth participation in ensuring rights to nutrition information and access to healthier, safe, affordable, responsible, and non-wasteful food for youths in Indonesia. This program will be implemented from August to December 2024, involving youth organizations from various backgrounds and issue focuses to work together in building an ecosystem that supports the fulfillment of rights to nutrition information and sustainable access to food.
To support the implementation process, RISE Foundation is currently offering a job opportunity for the position of Admin Officer with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Compile, manage, and archive project documents including proposals, work plans, progress reports, and other related documents.
- Handle tax payments.
- Assist in monitoring project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing early warnings of potential delays.
- Assist in project budget management, financial expenditure recording, and reporting to the Project Leader.
- Manage project logistics needs such as travel, accommodation, and meeting facilities for team members and project partners.
- Coordinate with Finance Officer and Project Officer to complete tasks and identify/administer administrative needs.
- Assist in maintaining a database containing project information, partner contacts, and other relevant data.
- Assist Project Officer in preparing monthly reports on project progress.
- Monitor and manage project inventory, including necessary equipment or other items.
- Provide administrative support to team members and ensure they have the necessary resources and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or other relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Residing in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas.
- Skills in administration, taxation, document management, report preparation, and project archive maintenance.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn project administration software that may be used.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Preferably have prior experience working in non-profit organizations.
