RISE Foundation’s internship program has now transformed into RISE Youth Academy, a more structured, meaningful, and dynamic learning space designed to empower young people through hands-on experience in the social development sector. Many youths aspire to have an internship that is not only practical but also impactful and growth-oriented. RISE Youth Academy answers that call by offering a learning and practice based internship, where participants undergo a journey that is:

Responsibilities
- Support the collection, organization, and management of program data to assist monitoring and evaluation processes across RISE Foundation activities.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing basic program data, feedback, and documentation to support learning and program improvement.
- Contribute to the preparation of monitoring tools, simple surveys, or feedback forms used in program activities.
- Support the documentation and consolidation of program results, insights, and lessons learned from various activities and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing simple summaries or reports that contribute to organizational learning and program evaluation.
- Support the program team in monitoring activities and carry out other relevant tasks in accordance with organizational needs.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate from Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistics, or other relevant fields.
- Interest in monitoring, evaluation, research, or learning processes within social development programs.
- Basic ability to organize and interpret data using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically with data and documentation.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and communicate findings clearly in written form
