RISE Foundation’s internship program has now transformed into RISE Youth Academy, a more structured, meaningful, and dynamic learning space designed to empower young people through hands-on experience in the social development sector. Many youths aspire to have an internship that is not only practical but also impactful and growth-oriented. RISE Youth Academy answers that call by offering a learning and practice-based internship, where participants undergo a journey that is:

What You Will Gain
- Thematic Skills Curriculum: Focusing on three core areas, which are: Climate Resilience and Sustainability (CRS), Educational and Technology (Edutech), and Gender, Equality, and Social Inclusion (GESI)

Responsibilities
- Assisted in managing HR documents and administration, including employee records, timesheets, leave records, and other related documents.
- Supported the recruitment process, from job posting administration, initial CV screening, interview scheduling, to documentation of the selection process.
- Supported HR data management and performed regular data entry/updates in the employee database.
- Assisted in implementing employee engagement, well-being, and internal HR activities.
- Helped prepare letters, memos, announcements, and other HR administrative tasks as needed by the organization.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Interested in Human Resources and people management.
- Have a good administrative and document organization skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to maintain the confidentiality of employee data.
- Committed to completing a 4-month internship period.
- Willing to work from 10:00 to 16:00, 5 days a week (4 days WFO and 1 day WFA).
