RISE Foundation’s internship program has now transformed into RISE Youth Academy, a more structured, meaningful, and dynamic learning space designed to empower young people through hands-on experience in the social development sector. Many youths aspire to have an internship that is not only practical but also impactful and growth-oriented. RISE Youth Academy answers that call by offering a learning and practice based internship, where participants undergo a journey that is:

Responsibilities
- Design and develop visual content for various RISE Foundation communication channels, including social media, the website, and program publication materials.
- Produce infographics, event posters, and educational visual materials that support the dissemination of information related to health, nutrition, and youth empowerment issues.
- Develop organizational design assets, including visual templates and design elements that help maintain the consistency of RISE Foundation’s visual identity.
- Conduct research and monitor graphic design trends and visual content on social media that are relevant to youth and young audiences.
- Collaborate with the communications team in developing content concepts and providing visual materials for the organization’s publications and campaigns.
- Support the implementation of RISE Foundation programs by providing visual materials and performing other relevant tasks in accordance with organizational needs.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate from Design Communication Visual, Multimedia, or other relevant fields.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital and print design principles, including layout, typography, and visual composition.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
