Project Coordinator Recruitment for SIGAP Program (OPEN)

The organization also supports and guides youth in gaining recognition of their equal rights and encourages their active participation across various sectors of change. RISE Foundation has a proven track record in implementing social change initiatives  simultaneously in multiple regions, supported by measurable and accountable project management capabilities.

RISE Foundation with support from the Tanoto Foundation, implements the SIGAP Program (Siapkan Generasi Anak Berprestasi), which focuses on improving the quality of early childhood care and education (PAUD) through a holistic, integrative, and community-based approach. The program aims to support the optimal growth and development of Indonesian children so that they are ready for school and can reach their full potential. 

To support the implementation of the SIGAP program, RISE Foundation is offering an opportunity for one Project Coordinator, who will be responsible for implementing the program in Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. The required qualifications are as follows:

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the implementation of SIGAP project, including planning, monitoring and reporting.
  2. Lead advocacy efforts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (Health Office, Education Office, Bappeda, Provincial Government, Village Government, etc.), local partners, and community leaders.
  3. Develop operational work plans based on the SIGAP program framework.
  4. Compile and submit comprehensive periodic reports, covering project status, key developments, and financial reports.
  5. Maintain communication and support to coordinators and facilitators to ensure they could participate meaningfully in project implementation.
  6. Ensure that program objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.
  7. Provide supervision to Field Officer regarding project management flow.
  8. Conduct regular field visits and monitoring in project sites, particularly in Sekolah Anak SIGAP (SAS) and Rumah Anak SIGAP (RAS).
  9. Ensure monitoring, learning, and evaluation activities are conducted properly, including data collection process.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in the fields of Social Sciences, Education, or other relevant fields. A Master’s degree (S2) in a related field is an advantage.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in managing social development programs, especially in the fields of early childhood education and parenting.
  3. Good communication skills, and have the ability to work together in a team.
  4. Proven experience in cross-sector coordination and building partnerships with local, district and provincial stakeholders.
  5. Experience in community organizing, including capacity building and mentoring.
  6. Strong project management skills, including planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
  7. Ability to produce systematic, clear and timely program and administrative reports, including activity documentation.
  8. Experience working with non-profit organizations.
  9. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and collaborative problem solving skills.
  10. Willingness to make regular field visits to the project sites.
  11. Proficient in spoken and written Indonesian; Basic English skills are an advantage.
