The Grant Provision for RISE Foundation is a strategic initiative aimed at empowering and supporting Indonesian adolecent. The program focuses on fostering health, well-being, and personal development among Indonesian youth through targeted financial assistance, resources, and community engagement.

Grantmaking Program

A. Planning

1. Formulating Intervention Schemes: Develop intervention schemes tailored to the needs and objectives of youth foundations, aligning with the overall program goals.

2. Creating a Comprehensive Framework: Establish a detailed framework encompassing change objectives, change agents, and types of activities based on thorough assessments and research.

3. Enhancing Life Skills: Focus on the formation and strengthening of life skills among beneficiaries to ensure sustainable impact and personal growth.

4. Developing Community Assistance Materials: Create and distribute educational and support materials to facilitate community engagement and assistance.

5. Preparing Program Funding: Design a comprehensive funding strategy to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the program.

B. Implementation

1. Executing the Program: Implement the program initiatives, including organizing field visits and on-site support as necessary to ensure hands-on assistance and guidance.

2. Collecting Assets and Documentation: Gather program assets and all necessary supporting documents to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the program.

3. Measuring Impact and Satisfaction: Conduct regular evaluations to measure the program’s impact and the satisfaction levels of beneficiaries, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.

C. Reporting

1. Developing Monitoring & Evaluation Framework: Create a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track progress, identify challenges, and inform future program developments.

2. Creating Manuals and Templates for Reporting: Develop comprehensive manuals and templates to standardize activity reporting and ensure consistency in documentation and communication.
